Visitation will be held Saturday, March 30, 2024, 11: 00a.m-11:55a.m. at St. John#2 M.B. Church in Tiptonville, TN. Miss was a long-time member of St. John# 2. M.B. Church where she served on the Usher Board. Funeral service will follow at 12: Noon with Pastor Perry L. Woods officiating. Burial will be held in Citizens Cemetery in Tiptonville, TN. Miss Penny is survived by her two special sons, Cornelius (Katie) Hughes, Tiptonville, TN. and Bruce Hughes, Jackson, TN.
