Mary Slayton age 91 of Jackson, TN. died Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Northbrooke Nursing & Rehab Center. McCreight Funeral Home is in Charge. Visitation will be Saturday, March 14, 9a.m.-10:55a.m. at McCreight Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 11:00a.m. with Rev. George Smith officiating. Burial will be held Memorial Park Cemetery in Dyersburg, TN. Survivors include Sister, Cordille Johnson, Dyersburg. 2 Nephews, Tommie Merriweather, Medon, TN. Tommy Lee Johnson, Dyersburg.
