Mrs. Mary Frances Flowers age 94 of Decatur, Alabama (Formerly of Ridgley, TN,) died Tuesday, February, 9, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital in Decatur, Alabama. Arrangements are entrusted with McCreight Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 14, 2021 11:00a.m.-12:55 p.m. McCreight Funeral Home 1607 Hornbrook St. Dyersburg, TN. Funeral service will follow at 1:p.m. with Pastor Jackie Johnson. Burial will be held in Pond Creek Cemetery in Alamo, TN. Ms. Mary Frances Coleman Flowers was born on February 26, 1926 in Crockett County, TN. She was the daughter of Walter and Pauline Coleman. She attended public schools in Alamo, TN. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined Ridgley Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and remained a faithful member until her health failed. In 1943 she was united in marriage with Mr. George Flowers and to this union five children were born. Survivors include her children; Linda Flowers, Ridgely, TN., Helen (Ray) Blake, Decatur, Alabama. Larry Flowers, Andrew (Martha) Flowers, Bobby Flowers, Ridgely, TN. (7) Grandchildren, (13) Great-Grandchildren, (1) Great-Great-Great-Grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
