Mr. Scheaffer was a United Army and Air force veteran. He was the former Community Service Supervisor for the Weed & Seed and Dyersburg Police Dept. Mr. Scheaffer served as Constable for District F. for over 20 years. He was a member of Balboa Lodge#205 F&AM PHA., St Mary's Chapter 125 Order of Eastern, Dyersburg Consistory 186. He was a 32nd degree Mason. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 13,2019 6pm-8pm at McCreight Funeral Home 1607 Hornbrook Street Dyersburg . Funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 14,2019 2:00 p.m. at McCreight Funeral Home with Rev. Al Seward officiating and assisted by Bishop John Siggers. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dyersburg. Pall Bearers will be Jamaul Scheaffer, Kemaul Scheaffer, Jaylin McClain, Deontay Spain, Aldus Somervile, Barry Byars.
