James (Bill) Carter age 91 of Dyersburg, TN. died Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare-Dyersburg. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017 3:00pm- 3:55pm at McCreight Funeral Home 1607 Hornbrook St. Dyersburg. Funeral service will follow at 4:00p.m. with Rev. Al Seward officiating. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dyersburg. Pallbearers will be Ted Carter, Jerry Carter, Ronald Carter, Roderick Carter, Billy R. Thompson, Davlin Watson. Survivors include his Sons, Ted (Patra) Carter of Dyersburg, Jerry Carter, Lansing, MI. Three Grandchildren. His leaves his Niece Flossie Carter, Nephew, Johnny Carter Sr. Davis, California, N.C. Tatum of Fayetteville, N.C., Bill was preceded in death by Mother Ethel Carter, Father, Isaac Carter , Brother, Fred Carter and one Grandson.
