Also visitation will be held on Friday, November 28,2014 10:00a.m.-12:55a.m. at St. John #2 Baptist Church in Tiptonville, TN. Funeral service will begin at 1:00p.m. with Rev. Perry Woods officiating. Burial will be held in Citizens Cemetery in Tiptonville, TN. Mrs. Hazel Chamberlain was a member of St. John#2 Baptist church were she served on the Mother Board.
