Visitation will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023, 11:00a.m.-11:55a.m. St. John#2 Missionary Baptist Church 539 Cedar St. Tiptonville, TN. Funeral service will follow at 12: Noon with Pastor Perry L. Woods Eulogist. Mother Cozell was a longtime member of St. John# 2 M.B. Church where she served on the mother board. Burial will be held in Citizen Cemetery in Tiptonville, TN.
