Arthur (Artie) Gene Carter Jr. age 54 National Guard Veteran died Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. McCreight Funeral Home is in charge. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 30, 2014 11:00am at New Bethel Baptist Church in Dyersburg. Funeral services will follow at 1:00pm. Burial will take place in the Rocksprings Church Cemetery in Roellen.
